NEW THEOREM WEBSITE PROVIDES FASTER PRODUCT SELECTION AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Leading CAD data translation specialist, Theorem Solutions has launched a new website, which provides simpler product selection, as well as faster access to its customer help desk through a new on-line support application.
Featuring a clear, easily-managed interface, the new site brings all web-based enquiries and transactions to a single url: www.TheoremSolutions.com, superseding the previous two points of contact that corresponded to visitors from North American and the rest-of-the world. It also builds on the content of both previous websites and has been optimised for rapid page loading.
Simple and intuitive navigation enables users to quickly find specific product information or simply browse the site. Searches to locate the ideal translator for each visitor's needs can be specified either by CAD vendor, or by CAD system type, making it easy to 'pair-up' the different systems the enquirer may wish to translate between.
The website's new customer support application not only enables existing users to report their support requirements at any time, anywhere in the world, but also to track the progress of their queries on line, using a unique reference code that is supplied when their enquiry is initially logged and acknowledged.
Further new enhancements to www.TheoremSolutions.com include the creation of a press information section, which incorporates a library of news releases, overview articles and user case studies. In addition, the site provides details of Theorem's partnerships with PLM vendors and their subsidiaries, along with a listing of future exhibitions and trade shows the company will be attending.
