Theorem Reduces Prices on CADverter.com On-line Translation Services
Savings of up to 70% on the cost of converting CAD geometry, assembly structure and attribute data are now available from Theorem Solutions following the streamlining of the company's www.cadverter.com on-line translation service.
The installation of additional hardware and implementation of new translation management software have resulted in significant efficiencies and cost reductions, which Theorem will be passing on to customers through a new pricing structure.
Theorem's www.cadverter.com service was one of the first internet based software applications, and for more than four years it has served small and large engineering organisation across the world with a variety of CAD to CAD translation capabilities.
During this time, www.cadverter.com has handled everything from the translation of single files to the migration of complete legacy databases. In each case, the service has fulfilled the basic requirement of providing affordable, high quality translations of CAD data, where the customer has either no access to the appropriate translator, or does not wish to divert personnel from more productive work.
www.cadverter.com is a largely automated service, with prices dependent on the size and complexity of the job. The newly installed hardware and scheduling application have generated efficiencies that enable prices to start from a lower base and to rise less steeply than before. Accordingly, in the vast majority of cases, www.cadverter.com customers will enjoy price reductions of at least 50%; and up to 70% in some instances.
