I-DEAS V10 CADverter translator.
I-DEAS V10, the current production version of the UGS PLM product design and development software, is widely used throughout the motor industry - in particular by suppliers to Ford, which recommends I-DEAS as its system of choice for component and sub-assembly suppliers' use.
CATIA V5 is also extremely popular in the automotive sector. As a result, the latest CADverter software provides users with seamless exchange of data between the automotive industry's two leading CAD/CAM systems.
An accelerated development programme at Theorem also means that the company can already provide support for pre-released versions of SDRC's I-DEAS 11, ensuring that customers will be able to migrate simply and quickly to the new version with complete confidence in their CAD data translation processes.
